Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders to most destinations. Shipping costs are included in the product price and no additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include transit time. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times

- USA, UK & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Tracking Your Order
We will email tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking number to become active in the courier’s system.
Returns & Refunds (2-Day Window)
We want you to be satisfied. If an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing support@styora.shop with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Submit your claim within 2 days of delivery with clear photo/video proof and order information.
- We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
- If a physical return is required, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Claims submitted after 2 days may be evaluated, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@styora.shop. We will investigate with the carrier and provide next steps.
